Amazonomics documentation

Amazonomics tracks the search terms that Amazon shoppers use. For each term, it stores the search frequency rank per week and per month. It also stores the top products, brands, and categories for each term. You can read this data in two ways:

REST API

Query rankings over HTTPS with an API key. Available on the Studio plan.

MCP server

Give Claude, Cursor, or another AI tool direct access to the data. Available on the Pro and Studio plans.

The data

Each search term has a rank history. Rank 1 is the most searched term on Amazon in that period. The data field of a search result maps each period to a rank:

Monthly periods use the MM-YYYY format. Weekly periods use the WW-YYYY format (ISO week numbers). Your plan sets how much history you get. The Pro plan returns the last 24 monthly periods. The Studio plan returns all monthly periods. Weekly data covers the last 6 weeks on all plans.
